Four details that make a quote accurate
Tile format
Size, finish and material. A 900 mm porcelain and a 100 mm mosaic are very different jobs over the same floor.
What is there now
Bare slab, sheeting, old tiles, timber. A photo answers this faster than a paragraph does.
